LOS ANGELES, Calif. - Actress Kelly Rutherford has told a Los Angeles judge considering whether he can intervene in her child custody dispute that she keeps an apartment in New York so she can be closer to her children, who are living with their father in Europe.
The "Melrose Place" and "Gossip Girl" star testified for several hours Thursday about her travels, finances and her ties to Los Angeles.
